How do I place an order?
Choose a product, pick your options and quantity — the price updates as you go — then add your design and check out. You can pay online, by bank transfer, or confirm your order with us on WhatsApp.
What files can I upload?
PDF is best. We also accept PNG and JPG (300 dpi for sharp prints), AI, EPS, PSD, CDR, SVG, TIFF and ZIP files. If your file is not print-ready, our designer will help.
Can you design it for me?
Yes. Customise one of our free templates in the design studio, or choose "Our designer will create it" when ordering. You will see the design fee before you pay.
Will I see a proof before you print?
For jobs we design or adjust, we send a proof to your order page. Approve it or ask for changes there, and we start printing once you approve.
How long will my order take?
Each product shows its production time. It starts once your payment and artwork are confirmed. Delivery time depends on your location.
Do you deliver outside your city?
Yes, we deliver across Nigeria. You will see how delivery works for your state at checkout, or you can pick up from us.
Do you give discounts for bulk orders?
Yes — the price per piece drops automatically as the quantity increases. For very large orders or special jobs, request a quote and we will price it for you.
How do I track my order?
Use the link in your order confirmation, or open Track an order and enter your order number with the phone number or email you used.
