These terms apply to every order placed on this website with Nego Links Systems Ltd ("NegoLinks", "we", "us").

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in Naira and depend on the quantity and options you choose. An order is accepted when we confirm it. If we find an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before going ahead.

Your artwork

You are responsible for the content of the artwork you upload or create, including spelling and contact details. You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, images and text you send us. We may refuse jobs that infringe the rights of others or are unlawful.

Proofs

Where we send a proof, production starts after you approve it. Please check proofs carefully: we print what you approve.

Production and delivery

Production times start once payment and artwork are confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by events outside our control.

Payment

Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

Liability

If we make a mistake on your order, our responsibility is limited to reprinting the affected items or refunding what you paid for them.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
