Reprints and refunds

Every order is printed specially for you, so we cannot accept returns because you changed your mind. We do stand behind our work.

If something is wrong

If your order has a production fault — for example it does not match the proof you approved, it is misprinted, or it was damaged before it reached you — contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We will review it and either reprint the affected items or refund you.

Before we print

For designed and customised jobs we send a proof for your approval. Please check spelling, phone numbers, dates and colours carefully: once you approve a proof we print exactly what you approved.

Colours

Colours on screens differ from colours on paper and fabric. Small differences between your screen and the printed result are normal and are not a production fault.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge before it goes into production. Once printing has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.
